What types of commodities do you export?

Our company exports a diverse range of coconuts to various international markets. Our product line includes Charcoal Briquettes, Coconut Shell Charcoal, White Copra, Black Copra, Broom Stick, and Semi Husked Coconut. Please contact us for more information about our product offerings.

Where do you export to?

We are focused on building a strong presence in international markets. We currently export our products to various countries in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and America, and we are actively exploring new opportunities to expand our export portfolio.


We understand that establishing a presence in new markets requires careful planning and attention to cultural and regulatory differences. We work closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure that our coconuts meet the requirements and preferences, and we are committed to building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order volume is 1x20 feet container or 18 MT/FCL. We do not export coconut and its derivatives in less than one container load, and Less Container Load (LCL) deliveries are not applicable. We only deliver fully packed containers. Please contact us for more information.

What are your payment terms?

We require payment in advance via TT (Telegraph Transfer) to our company account in Indonesia. Our preferred bank is BCA (Bank Central Asia), and the swift code is CENAIDJA. We do not accept L/C for orders fewer than 10 containers, and we do not accept Western Union, Cryptocurrency, or other non-bankable payment methods. Payment should be made in USD, and any bank charges must be covered by the customers.


Payment terms require a 30-50% down payment. Upon receiving this payment, we will begin the production. For a 1x20 feet container or 18 MT, loading requires 20-25 working days, while 1x40 feet container or 23 MT requires 25-30 working days. Once loaded, we will pack the product into the requested bags or packaging and label it according to the customers specifications. Staffing container with the product takes 2-3 hours, depending on the weather and the number of containers.


After the container is shipped, we'll prepare the shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Invoice, Packing List, and other required documents which takes 3-5 working days. We'll then provide a photocopy of the B/L and COO to you. The remaining of the payment is due at this point, and we'll send the original documents to you via DHL or FedEx once we receive the remaining payment.

How do you ensure product quality?

We work closely with our suppliers and conduct quality control inspections to ensure that our products meet or exceed international standards. We work with Independent Surveyor and Pest Control Service PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana to test our coconuts against standard product parameters.


During the production process, we will update the progress to you and ensure that the product meets your expectations. Our team will work diligently to make sure that the production is completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.


If there are any concerns or issues that arise during the production process, we will communicate with you promptly and transparently to find a solution that satisfies your needs. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.


We also provide product samples for you to evaluate before placing bulk order. We will send you a sample of our product for free of charge. The specific quantity of the sample will depend on the type of product you are interested in. However, please note that as a buyer, you will be responsible for covering the delivery fees.

How do you handle shipping and logistics?

We work with reliable shipping companies and Freight Forwarders in Indonesia to ensure that our coconut products are shipped safely and on time. At present, we are only able to offer shipping via ocean freight. We have found that this option provides the most cost-effective and reliable means of transportation for our coconuts.
